Data Deletion Request
Use this page to request deletion of all personal data IsherIQ holds about you — including data accessed through any Meta platform integration (WhatsApp Business, Facebook, or Instagram). We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Meta / WhatsApp data — conversation logs, phone numbers, and profile data accessed through our WhatsApp Business Platform integration
- Facebook / Instagram data — tokens and profile information accessed via Meta platform authorisations
- Account and contact data — name, email, phone, company stored in our systems under your request
- Support history — emails, tickets, and notes tied to your identity
Note: We may retain data where required by Tanzanian law (e.g. tax or legal hold). We will inform you if any data cannot be deleted and the reason.
